John had 3 years of automotive in school which was the most they allowed back when he was in school. John has over 30 years of automotive experience. He originally started as a tire technician many years ago at a large big box tire shop. He then moved to selling tires for the same company. His next opportunity was to work as a service writer which he did for about 6 years. John joined the Nucar Mazda team 22 years ago as a service writer and a few years later he became our Mazda Service Manager which is still his title today. John is well known by our clients and is very hands on to ensure customer satisfaction.
